Our offerings
Floor Classes
Mat Pilates
We offer the classic Pilates exercises developed by Joseph Pilates but bring in a modern twist by incorporating props and music! This class is all-levels as modifications will be given throughout. A yoga mat is needed.
Yoga
We offer Vinyasa style yoga classes in a variety of formats. Classes are usually 60 min and are all-levels unless stated differently. Pop up workshops and Stretch and Restorative will also be offered. Yoga mat is required, although we have some available for rental if needed. Room is between 70-80 degrees.
Barre Pilates
We offer a Barre Pilates fusion class! Integrating the techniques of a mat Pilates class, we combine a more challenging leg, hip and glute workout that is done standing at a ballet barre. A yoga mat is required and class is done barefoot or in “sticky” socks.
Pilates Fusion Express
This 40 min class combines traditional Pilates with a dynamic focus on core strength and full body conditioning. Exercises will blend together the fundamentals of Mat Pilates while sometimes integrating the barre or yoga for stretching. This class is generally done in bare feet or sticky socks. A yoga mat is required.
Meditation
We offer mindfulness meditation practice that focuses on bringing awareness to the mind and body in the moment. Using breathing techniques, guided imagery, and other practices, we aim to reduce reactivity and increase awareness and calm.

What is Reformer Pilates?
New to Reformer Pilates?
We want to show you the right way to start your Pilates journey! This is why we require 1-2 private sessions before joining any group classes. These classes are discounted from the regular private class prices at 2 for $60, and you will see this when you purchase your Private Equipment Pilates. You only need to schedule one at a time. Once you finish the two privates, you are free to join any Reformer Pilates, or stay with the Private Equipment Pilates!
Classes will use the classic Pilates Reformer and Chair, and participants should wear comfortable clothing that isn’t too loose. Grippy sock are required and are available for purchase in studio.
Pilates Group Refomer Session
Ready to elevate your fitness? Our Pilates Group Sessions offer a challenging and fun workout experience utilizing the dynamic Pilates Reformer. These engaging classes are open to everyone who has completed our essential two-session introduction or has prior Pilates equipment experience. Simply sign up online and get ready to discover the full-body benefits of Pilates in a supportive group setting!
Class options include Reformer Classic and Reformer Sculpt
Reformer Classic: Experience a full-body workout on the Pilates Reformer and Chair that connects mind and body through the foundational principles of Classical Pilates. This class focuses on precise movements and controlled exercises designed to improve posture, balance, strength, and flexibility. Reformer Classic is ideal for beginner to intermediate students, offering a supportive environment to build confidence and deepen your practice.
Reformer Sculpt: Strength & Tone with a Pilates Foundation
Reformer Sculpt builds on the core principles of Pilates while taking your workout to the next level. This dynamic class incorporates free weights, balls, rings, and the cardio tramp to add variety and challenge. Designed to strengthen and tone, Reformer Sculpt places greater emphasis on muscle building while maintaining mindful movement. Suitable for all levels, this class is best suited for intermediate to advanced students looking to push their practice further.
Pilates Private Session
Enjoy dedicated time just for you with our Solo Private Sessions, where we design a workout specifically for your body type and goals. Prefer to share the experience? Bring a friend or two for a Duet or Trio session! Spend quality time focusing on strength, stretching, and personalized movement with people who motivate you.
