IF WE CANCEL YOUR BOOKING: In the event that we cancel a class or classes that you have booked, we will contact you by email or telephone to let you know. At the time of cancellation we will offer you the choice between: 1. crediting your account with the price of the cancelled class; or 2. being transferred to a class at an alternative date and time.

CANCELLING YOUR BOOKING:

LATE CANCELLATIONS + NO SHOWS: You must cancel your Reformer class TWO HOURS BEFORE the start time. If you cancel in the two hour window, you will be charged a $20 fee. Appointments must cancel with 12 hours notice or you will receive a $20 hour fee. Appointments cancelled with less than 2 hours' notice will be subject to the full cost of the appointment. All no-shows will be charged the full price of the class, or a class will be taken from your pack. Please understand out of respect for our instructors who carefully plan a unique class based on who is attending, and for the clients who would have taken your spot, we need adequate time.
