OWNER, LEAD INSTRUCTOR
Jess Fagan
Jess is a Wisconsin native who spent her 20’s traveling around our great country seeking challenge and adventure! She returned in 2015 with her husband and 2 children and resides in Neenah. Jess is a certified Stott Pilates instructor with over 500 training hours and over 12 years of teaching experience. She also has a passion for yoga where she holds her RYT500 certification. Jess hopes to bring community and connection to her studio by offering classes that are challenging and infused with positivity. She believes “movement is medicine” and strives to create a safe space where you can gain strength and flexibility through “Readiness and Commitment.”
PILATES INSTRUCTOR
Stephanie Emenecker
Stephanie joins the team as a certified STOTT pilates instructor with over 20 years of practice and 13 years of training experience. She holds specialty tracks in Golf Conditioning, Group Matwork, Interdisciplinary, and Athletic Conditioning. Stephanie works to bring pilates to all bodies from young to the young at heart by offering modifications as well as challenges for progression. With each client, she strives to integrate mindfulness to carry the strength built in the gym into daily life. Stephanie has called Neenah home for the past 21 years with her husband, two teenagers, and her three adult stepchildren. Outside of the pilates studio she enjoys time with her family, playing tennis, walking her dog and volunteering in the community.

Kristi Passehl
Kristi Passehl is a breathwork facilitator, holistic health coach, and is certified in somatic and energy healing. She believes that tuning into our breath is a transformative journey, enabling individuals to manage stress and enhance self-awareness. Through her holistic approach, Kristi empowers clients to unlock their potential, cultivate a balanced lifestyle, and connect deeply with themselves, leading to healthier and more fulfilling lives.

Kaye Krueger
Kaye is a passionate meditation leader with experience in guiding individuals on their journey to inner peace and self-discovery. With a background in counseling and wellness, Kaye combines traditional meditation techniques with modern mindfulness practices to create a unique and accessible approach to meditation. Kaye believes that meditation is not just a practice, but a way of life. Through her guided meditations, she empowers participants to cultivate a deeper connection with themselves, fostering resilience, compassion, and clarity in their everyday lives. She encourages participants to explore their thoughts and emotions without judgment, creating a safe space for growth and transformation.In addition to leading guided meditations, Kaye is the owner of The Chakra Spa, LLC where she facilitates Reiki healing. When she’s not leading meditations or facilitating Reiki, Kaye enjoys spending time with her husband Chuck and their bunny, hiking in nature, and reading.

Kerry holds a degree in Exercise Sciences and is passionate about partnering with others to live full, rich and abundant lives. She has been educating others in health and wellness for nearly 20 years. She loves the thoughtful attention to detail that Pilates and barre offer, not only in a well rounded fitness capacity but also the mental health and community benefits. Allison Wallner
Allison’s yoga journey started with the physical movements and quickly grew to a deeper understanding. An understanding of empowerment, connection and love. The practice has brought great joy and happiness to her life and she looks forward to sharing that energy with you on the mat! She received her 200HR training through Yoga on the Lake in Kohler, WI. Allison is an outdoor enthusiast and can be often found carrying an open mug of black coffee.
